At Lost Apostle we want to make sure you're 100% happy with your purchase.  If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied, please know you can return your jewelry for a full refund - or an exchange - within ten days of receipt.  Any returns must be unworn, undamaged and in the condition in which they were received.  

How do I return my jewelry?

When returning any jewelry, please include a short note letting us know whether you'd like a refund or an exchange, and ship to -

Can I get an exchange instead of a refund?

Absolutely.  Just include a short note with your returned jewelry letting us know that you'd like an exchange, and it'll be our pleasure to take care of it.  Please be sure to give us the exact information on the item you'd like (for example - chain length, pendant colour, ring size etc).

How will I be refunded?

Once we receive your returned jewelry your refund will be credited to your original means of payment, minus the shipping costs and any duties paid.

Can I exchange a Sale item?

Yes, within 10 days of receiving the item.

I bought a ring but it's the wrong size.  Can I exchange it?

No problem.  Please ensure the ring is unworn and undamaged in any way, as we will not be able to refund any damaged jewelry.  Please include a note indicating what size you purchased, and what size you'd like to exchange it for.  Use our Ring Sizing Chart to help determine your correct size.

Can I exchange my earrings?

We're sorry, but for hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund earrings or earweights.

What happens if my jewelry's faulty?

In the very unlikely event that you received a faulty item, please email us (with a photo of the fault if possible) at info@lostapostle.ca  We will happily send you out a replacement, or offer a full refund/exchange once we receive the return.
